All counties listed for the service area should be included in the application. Capacity has not increased in this RFA, therefore if the applicant is unable to expand their geographical footprint into a newly listed county(s), that should be noted with an explanation as to why, where appropriate, throughout the application.
Jul 17, 2024 3:43 PMWith regards to the federal reimbursement rate for mileage of .67 cents, can we use administrative funds to cover the additional mileage costs above the approved .50 per mile? No, MIECHV funds cannot be used to pay mileage rates above what the state allows.
