Purpose
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) # 58822008 is to solicit applications that will enable the Iowa Department of Public Health (referred to as Department) to select the most qualified applicant to provide effective tobacco control initiatives and activities that have outcomes focused on policy or systems change and that are consistent with the initiatives recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
